so today me and my girl monica* (* denotes name change) and i were sitting together at lunch and i was jotting something down in a notebook she gave me...i turned the page and i find a doctors note in her handwriting.

it read,

Please excuse Olivia from class today, something about a doctors appointment

signed,
Monica* (Boy's last name that she likes)

now, it would appear that she was making up doctors notes for her child that doesn't exist with a boy that she is not married to...
